Terms of service

  1. The service. Exact Gateway gives your organization controlled access to its own Exact Online data through an API and an MCP server. You need your own Exact Online subscription.
  2. Accounts. You keep credentials and API keys confidential, and enable two-factor authentication for administrators. You are responsible for what the keys and apps you authorize do.
  3. Your data and third parties. You decide which systems and AI services receive your data through the gateway; for those recipients you are responsible as controller.
  4. Acceptable use. No attempts to access other organizations' data, to circumvent limits or to overload Exact Online or the gateway.
  5. Subscription. Monthly, paid in advance via Mollie; cancel anytime with effect at the end of the period. Without an active subscription the API and MCP server are unavailable.
  6. Availability and liability. We aim for high availability but give no guarantee; liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, except for intent or gross negligence.
  7. Changes. We announce material changes at least 30 days in advance.
  8. Law. Belgian law; courts of the registered office of MVdW-Software.
