Privacy policy

Who we are. Exact Gateway is a service of MVdW-Software ("we"), contact: info@mvdw-software.com.

Account data (we are controller). For your account we process your name, email address, language, password hash, two-factor settings, organization memberships and sign-in events, to provide the service, secure it and bill it. Legal bases: contract and legitimate interest (security). Billing data is kept as long as accounting law requires; the rest until you delete your account.

Your Exact Online data (we are processor). Data the gateway retrieves from Exact Online on your behalf is processed only on your instructions, as described in the data processing agreement. It is not stored, except encrypted and temporarily in the optional cache you control.

Logs. Request logs (without Exact data, tokens or passwords) and the audit log are kept for security; the audit log as long as your organization exists.

Sub-processors. Hosting in the EU; Mollie for payments; an email delivery provider. The current list is in the data processing agreement.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: mail us. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies (session, security). No tracking or analytics.
